I received a card from Nela from Czech Republic showing a cartoon version of the two famous Czech puppet characters Spejbl and Hurvínek. They were designed by Josef Skupa (1892-1957) and are still on stage in Prague today. They reminded me of the German Augsburger Puppenkiste which I loved as a child.
Addition: Today (23rd November 2011) I received another card with these two from Tiffi.
