Noel Coward is an English playwright, composer, director, actor and singer (1899-1973).
I found this on top of my English breakfast tea (Twinings) I brought back from the UK. So British.They are also running a campaign "to take ten", to relax with a cup of tea. They did an animation video and chose a song by Charlene Soraia, Where You Will Go. Nicely done.
