"Ot en Sien" are the main characters in a series of Dutch children's tales by Hendricus Scheepstra. The story is about to neighbourhood kids, Ot and Sien, who live in idealistic families with polite, fashionable, caring parents which was meant to set an example for what family life should look like in the early 20th century.
Within a few days I got two postcards showing illustrations for the book by Cornelis Jetses (1873-1955).
