This is an illustration for a picture book called "The Scariest Day in the World" by Liu Chen Kuo, Taiwan.  The postcard was sent by Chia from Taiwan. She told me the book is about a girl who has to give a talk in front of the class. I hope this doesn't quailfy as scary for every student...
