This is an illustration card from the Little Golden Books series - a series that started in 1942 in the USA and changed book publishing for kids permanently. They only cost 25 cents each and made children's book affordable and available for everyone. Unfortunately the card doesn't give the title of the book nor the name of the illustrator of this lovely fishing cat. The card was sent by Irene from the Netherlands.
